Pricing

A clear scope. A clear next step.

Start with an assessment, add the repairs you need, and agree how to monitor the result. Journeys, test environments, review effort and deliverables are defined before work begins.

Pilot programme · through early 2027

$0 for one agreed user journey. A focused assessment, scoped fix pull requests and evidence, in exchange for feedback. A full-product audit and ACR are separate scopes.

Monitoring

from $300 per month

Automated regression checks for an agreed inventory. A new automated run does not renew a full conformance assessment.

  • Check frequency and release triggers agreed in your quote
  • Regression alerts with the failing criterion and page
  • Dated automated results, with the scope and last human-review date visible
  • Human reassessments, new journeys and ACR updates quoted separately
  • Journey count, environments and evidence retention agreed before signup

What we will not sell you.

  • No overlay or widget. Nothing is injected into your pages.
  • No "certified compliant" badge. Courts and regulators decide compliance; we provide the evidence.
  • No guarantee against lawsuits. Anyone offering one is selling insurance, not accessibility.
  • No result without its evidence. Every line in the report links to the test behind it.

For buyers: verify a vendor's report.

Procurement teams, universities and public bodies send us a vendor's VPAT or ACR and a trial instance. We agree which claims to assess with assistive technology and return a verification memo with recordings. From $1,500 per vendor report; re-verification at renewal from $500.

How verification for buyers works

Agencies

Resell verified accessibility under your brand.

Agencies can bring this workflow to their clients. Web, product and e-commerce agencies get wholesale pricing, white-labelled reports, and a specialist on call for client questions. You keep the relationship; we carry the verification.

  • Wholesale rates from the second client onward
  • Reports and conformance documents carry your brand, with Suretto named as the verifier
  • A shared exception queue so your developers and our specialists work in one place
  • Training for your team on building accessible components from the start

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this an overlay or a widget?
No. Nothing is injected into your site. Fixes are changes to your code, reviewed and merged by your team. Overlays leave the underlying defects in place, and the US Federal Trade Commission fined one vendor $1 million in 2025 for claiming otherwise.
What is a VPAT or ACR, and do I need one?
A VPAT is the template; a completed one is an Accessibility Conformance Report. US federal agencies require one before buying software, and many state bodies, universities and large enterprises have adopted the same rule. If you sell software to any of them, you need one.
How is the audit priced?
By the number of unique templates and interactive components, which is what determines the work. A ten-page marketing site and a two-hundred-page site built from the same six templates cost about the same.
Can you certify that we are compliant?
No one can certify legal compliance; the law is interpreted by courts and regulators. We assess the agreed scope against WCAG criteria and document support, failures and limitations. Applicable legal and procurement requirements are mapped separately; this is not a legal certification.
Do you cover mobile apps?
iOS and Android screens are tested with VoiceOver and TalkBack for pilot partners now, and will be generally available after the programme.
Where is our data processed?
Crawls and recordings run in our own cloud environment. We store only what the evidence needs, and we delete test accounts and recordings on request. Details are on the privacy page.
