Investors
Proof is the product.
AI has made producing software work almost free. In regulated work the scarce thing is now evidence that the work is correct. Suretto builds that evidence layer, starting with accessibility, a market where the law already forces the purchase.
The thesis in four lines.
- Generation is a commodity. Scanners, copilots and overlays all produce accessibility output cheaply. None of them can show a buyer, an auditor or a court that the output is right.
- Verification is the moat. The system that writes a fix never grades it. Every result carries its artefact. Reviewer rulings compound into better rules without touching customer code.
- Demand is forced, not persuaded. The EU Accessibility Act, US lawsuits and procurement rules make companies buy whether they want to or not.
- The engine travels. The same evidence engine applies to the EU Cyber Resilience Act in 2027 and to buyer-side verification of vendor claims.
Why now
The shortcuts stopped working in 2025.
of the top one million home pages fail WCAG 2 checks, up from 94.8% a year earlier
US federal web accessibility lawsuits in 2025, up 27%; over 5,000 including state courts
FTC order against an overlay vendor for compliance claims, April 2025
ADA Title II deadline, 26 April 2027, for large US public bodies and the vendors they use

How it makes money.
| Line | Pricing | Nature |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment and ACR | From $2,000 per product | Project; opens the account |
| Verified fixes | Scoped per project | Project; high margin as the engine matures |
| Monitoring | From $300 per month | Recurring; every release re-verified |
| Buyer-side verification | From $1,500 per vendor report | Project and renewal; a second customer for the same engine |
| Agency channel | Wholesale pricing | Distribution; the leading public company in this category earns 59% of revenue through partners |
Pricing is for the pilot period and will be confirmed before general availability. The partner-channel figure is AudioEye's, from its 2025 annual results.
Where it goes next.
- Now
Verified accessibility
Software vendors and agencies first, e-commerce second. Pilot programme open through early 2027.
- Next
Buyer-side verification
Procurement teams, universities and public bodies pay to check vendor claims. Nobody serves them today.
- 2027
Cyber Resilience Act
Every software and connected product sold in the EU needs verified compliance documentation by 11 December 2027, with fines up to €15 million or 2.5% of turnover.
