The work

What we are building.

Suretto repairs accessibility defects in our customers' own code and delivers each fix as a pull request. A separate system then verifies every fix with automated rules, recorded NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver runs, keyboard-only runs and vision checks on the rendered page. The result is an evidence report and, where a buyer needs one, a conformance report (VPAT/ACR).

One rule shapes the whole architecture: the system that writes a fix never grades it.

Our customers are e-commerce brands selling into the EU and the US, software vendors that need a conformance report to pass procurement, and web agencies that offer the service under their own brand. The technology page describes how the engine fits together.

How we work

Small, senior, hands-on.

  • Small and senior. A few experienced people, each responsible for a whole area of the product.
  • Hands-on. Everyone builds, tests and reviews real work, founders included.
  • Remote-friendly. The company is based in Nashik, India. We work across Indian and European time zones and keep enough overlap to talk the same day.
  • Honest about stage. We are pre-seed, and the pilot programme is our first contact with customers. Plans will change, and some tools will be unfinished when you arrive.
  • A team that has shipped. Suretto is built by Cano Solutions Private Limited, established in 2022, whose engineers have delivered software for government and enterprise customers and now work only on Suretto.

People we want to hear from

Three kinds of expertise.

  • Accessibility specialists

    You test with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack every working day and can explain a WCAG failure to a developer in terms they can act on. We especially want to hear from people with disabilities who use assistive technology in their own lives.

  • Front-end engineers

    You care about semantic HTML, focus management and using ARIA only where HTML falls short. Our fixes land in other teams' codebases, so you read unfamiliar code quickly and change it carefully.

  • Applied AI engineers

    You have shipped language or vision models in production, and you measure a model before you trust it. The work covers constrained code drafting, evaluation, and vision checks on rendered pixels.
