Agency partners

Verified accessibility, sold under your name.

Your e-commerce and software clients are being asked to prove their sites are accessible. Suretto gives your agency the fixes, the verification and the reports, with your brand on the cover.

Why agencies

Your clients' accessibility is now your question.

Clients ask the people who built the site. The law has changed on both sides of the Atlantic, and the quick fix has been ruled out.

What partners get

You keep the client. We carry the verification.

  • Wholesale pricing

Partner rates apply from your second client onward, so the margin is yours to set.

  • White-labelled reports

Evidence reports and conformance documents (VPAT/ACR) carry your brand. Suretto is named as the verifier, which is what gives the report its weight.

  • A shared exception queue

Your developers and our accessibility specialists work through the same queue, with the evidence for each item attached.

  • Training for your team

Sessions on building accessible components from the start, so fewer defects reach the next audit.

How it works

Four steps from first client to steady work.

  1. Apply

Apply through the pilot application form and choose "a web or e-commerce agency". Tell us about one client project you would like to start with.

  2. Audit one client product

We audit it against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated rules, recorded screen-reader runs and keyboard-only runs. A first audit takes about two weeks.

  3. Fix and deliver under your brand

Fixes arrive as pull requests to the client's repository. Your developers review exceptions and merge. The client receives your branded report.

  4. Keep it current

Monitoring repeats agreed automated checks. Human reassessment and report updates are scoped separately. Add further clients at partner rates.

Options

Three ways to answer a client.

Building the capability yourself works if you already employ specialists. Overlays are quick to install and leave the defects in place.

Start

Bring one client project.

We are taking a small number of agencies into the pilot programme through early 2027. The pilot covers one agreed client journey at no cost, in exchange for feedback. Wider audits and ACRs are quoted separately.
