What to include.
A few details let us give you a useful first answer instead of a list of questions.
- Your company and product. The website or app in question, with a link.
- What prompted it. A procurement request, a legal letter, an EU launch, a redesign.
- Where you sell. EU, US, UK or elsewhere. This decides which laws and which conformance report edition apply.
- Your date. If a buyer, a regulator or a launch has set a deadline, tell us what it is.
- What you already have. An earlier audit, a VPAT, a scanner export. Attach it if you can.
Please do not send passwords or test-account credentials in a first message. We agree a secure way to share access once work is scoped.
