Pilot programme
Start with one user journey.
Bring a workflow your customers rely on: sign-in, account settings or checkout. We agree a focused assessment and repair scope at no cost, then review the evidence together.

The offer and the application form
What partners get
- An assessment of one agreed user journey, with the relevant WCAG 2.2 A/AA criteria and an evidence report
- Fix pull requests for a prioritised set of defects agreed during scoping
- An evidence review and recommendations for a wider assessment; a full-product audit or ACR is quoted separately
- Partner pricing on accessibility monitoring afterwards, fixed for two years
- A direct line to the founders
Before we start, we document the journey, test environments, prioritised repairs, exclusions and completion date. Additional journeys and third-party fixes need a separate scope.
What we ask
- Access to a staging environment and read access to the code
- One reviewer for batched questions and code decisions; we estimate and agree your time commitment before kickoff
- Two feedback calls, with their length agreed during scoping

Application received.
Thank you. Here is what happens next:
- A founder reads your application and replies by email.
- If it is a fit, we book a 30-minute scoping call.
- We agree access, test accounts and a reviewer, then start.
While you wait: the sample report, how we work, security and data handling.
What happens after you apply.
- 01
Reply
A founder reads every application and replies by email, including when it is not a fit.
- 02
Scoping call
Thirty minutes with a founder: your product, your deadline, which templates and states matter most.
- 03
Kick-off
We agree the journey, repairs, test environments, your review effort and secure access.
- 04
Report
On the agreed completion date: scoped fix pull requests, the evidence report and a review call. Any wider assessment is quoted separately.
Who the programme fits.
We can do our best work for you when three things are true.
- A live product. A store, an app or a site that customers use today, with a staging copy we can test against.
- A repository we can read. Fixes arrive as pull requests, so we need read access to the code. Platform-hosted stores with theme code count.
- A person who can merge. Someone on your side who can review exceptions and merge the fixes they agree with.
Questions partners ask.
- Will you sign our NDA?
- Yes. We can sign yours or send ours before any access is shared.
- What does feedback involve?
- We agree two feedback calls and their length during scoping. Between calls, we batch questions so your reviewer can handle them together. We track your actual effort to improve the process.
- Will you use our name?
- Only with your written approval, after you have seen the report. You can decline, and the audit is still yours.
- What does it cost afterwards?
- Nothing, unless you choose to continue. If you do, partner pricing on accessibility monitoring is fixed for two years. Published prices are on the pricing page.
- What if you find a lot of problems?
- Most sites have many; the WebAIM Million found detectable failures on 95.9% of home pages in 2026. We prioritise defects in the agreed journey by impact on users. If the work exceeds the pilot scope, we record the remaining issues and quote the next phase before proceeding.
- Do we need to be in the EU or the US?
- No. The programme is open to companies anywhere. We focus on products sold into the EU and the US because that is where the legal requirements are strongest today.
